Regulating energy in your body is often overlooked, yet extremely important. Stored energy can cause confusion or even illness if trapped in the body.
For example, when you are angry and do not release it, it can manifest as a physical ailment. Back pain, joint pain, or even a disease.
Any time we have a physical ailment it always starts energetically.
For empaths like myself this is extremely important. Empaths absorb so much energy around them it must be transmuted and released from the body. It is imperative to find ways to do this.
We need to clear out the energy and balance the mind, body, and soul. This is why it is essential to exercise. A main reason I started my yoga practice over 20 years ago, became certified, and still continue today. I knew I had too much anger and nervous energy at the time in my body and needed to make a change. For me, it was life changing. Once the energy in my body changed and became balanced so did my entire life! What a shift. That’s not to say yoga is for everyone. Whatever you enjoy and makes you feel good you should do. Pilates, running, swimming, or weight lifting, etc.
I take a weekly class with my favorite personal trainer, Kelly Andron. She holds duel certifications with the American Council On Exercise for Personal Training and Group Fitness. She is also a Certified Cardio Kickboxing Instructor. Kelly will really kick your ass and jumpstart your workout. That’s for sure! You get to see great results when you stick with her. She balances fitness with nutrition and is committed to helping people live a healthy lifestyle.
A real genuine soul who cares about motivating others to help them achieve their goals and shine.
In every class there is a moment when she says “You can do this, you can do ANYTHING”. She says it with conviction. I feel the energy come through, and I believe it. She inspires me, so I work harder. With Kelly I am improving my physical body, releasing energy, and reinforcing a positive mindset.
